Jack & Barbara Claiborne Endowed Scholarship

The Central High School Legacy-Jack and Barbara Claiborne Endowed Scholarship is available to students in any associate degree, diploma, or certificate program who graduated from a Charlotte Mecklenburg High School, have a minimum 2.5 GPA, and demonstrated financial need.

This scholarship was established in 2008 in honor of Jack and Barbara Claiborne.

The Central High School Legacy-Jack and Barbara Claiborne Endowed Scholarship was established in 2008 in honor of Jack and Barbara Claiborne. This scholarship is available to the following students:

• Financial need as demonstrated by FAFSA application process
• Minimum GPA of 2.5
• Enrolled in any associate degree, diploma, or certificate program
• Graduated from a Charlotte Mecklenburg High School

This scholarship is renewable if the applicant still meets the above requirements.

Scholarships can be used for tuition, required fees, e-text fees, and textbooks, if required, unless otherwise noted.
