Muggsy Bogues Workforce Development Scholarship

The Muggsy Bogues Workforce Development Scholarship was established in 2022 by the Muggsy Bogues Family Foundation. This scholarship is available to the following students:

• Financial need as demonstrated by FAFSA application process
• Minimum GPA of 2.5
• Enrolled in construction technology, information technology or healthcare programs
• Graduate of a public or private high school in Mecklenburg County within the last 5 years

To qualify for this scholarship you must:

• Agree to participate in industry-related networking events (in-person/virtual) to discuss job readiness and job opportunities

This scholarship is renewable if the applicant still meets the above requirements.

Scholarships can be used for tuition, required fees, e-text fees, and textbooks, if required, unless otherwise noted.
