  • Be enrolled full‑ or part‑time in an accredited U.S. program (in‑person or virtual) by Fall 2026
  • Be in their final year of study and on track to graduate by June 30, 2027
  • Be a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, or lawful permanent resident

Applicants must submit:
Documentation demonstrating financial need

  • Short‑answer responses (about 200 words each) addressing:
  • Career goals as a health care provider
  • A professional or academic challenge faced and how it was addressed
  • How they plan to use their career to improve access to health care
