The Cato-Paul Fulton Endowed Scholarship

The Cato-Paul Fulton Endowed Scholarship is available to Central Piedmont students in any associate degree, diploma, or certificate program who have financial need. Preference will be given to students who have worked for pay, are working for pay, or who have worked or are working without pay in community service.

In honor of Paul Fulton (born 1934), a member of the Board of Directors of The Cato Corporation from 1994-2002, this scholarship program was established in 2002.
