Central High School Legacy-Betty G. and Erskine L. Harkey Endowed Scholarship

The Central High School Legacy-Betty G. and Erskine L. Harkey Endowed Scholarship is available to students in any associate degree, diploma, or certificate program who graduated from a high school in Mecklenburg county, have a minimum 2.5 GPA, and demonstrated financial need.

This scholarship was established in 2002 in honor of Betty & Erskine Harkey by the Central High School Class of 1956.
