Laurie Barringer Werner Memorial Endowed Scholarship

To honor the memory of Laurie Barringer Warner, her family and friends have entered into a special partnership with Central Piedmont to establish this scholarship for students in the dental hygiene program.

Qualified applicants should satisfy the following requirements in order to be considered eligible for and to maintain the Laurie Barringer Werner Memorial Endowed Scholarship:

• Be enrolled in or accepted for enrollment in the Dental Hygiene program at Central Piedmont Community College.
• Complete and submit a general scholarship application and FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) forms.
• Agree to utilize awarded funds only for course-related tuition, books, fees, equipment and certification exam.
• Have a minimum 2.5 GPA and remain in good standing with the College.
