The Cato-James V. (Jimmy) Johnson Endowed Scholarship

The Cato-James V. (Jimmy) Johnson Endowed Scholarship is available to Central Piedmont students in any associate degree, diploma or certificate program who have financial need. Preference will be given to students who have worked for pay, are working for pay, or who have worked or are working without pay in community service.

In memory of James V. (Jimmy) Johnson (1923-1997), who was a member of the Board of Directors of The Cato Corporation from 1971-1995, this scholarship program was established in 1998.
