Ken Szymanski Scholarship

The Ken Szymanski Scholarship (formerly the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association Scholarship) was established in 2015 in honor former GCAA executive director, Ken Szymanski.

This scholarship is available to the following students:

• Minimum GPA 2.5
• Enrolled in Civil Engineering Technology programs
• Share how you will utilize the Ken Szymanski Scholarship to advance your education toward a career within the apartment industry in 250 words or less
• Enroll in and declare the apartment/rental certificate program as one of your programs of study
• Agree to make a genuine effort to seek employment within the Charlotte apartment industry

This scholarship is renewable if the applicant still meets the above requirements.

Scholarships can be used for tuition, required fees, e-text fees, and textbooks, if required, unless otherwise noted.
