Gregory L. Recard Memorial Scholarship

The Gregory L. Recard Memorial Scholarship fund shall be used exclusively to provide scholarship support to students who are seeking to earn credentials that will allow them to go into the automotive mechanics profession. The scholarship will provide $500 per year for tuition, books and/or fees.

To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• enrolled in Automotive Technology program,
• be a high school graduate,
• be enrolled full-time or part-time with a minimum of six credit hours at Central Piedmont,
• maintain a grade point average of at least 2.5,
• have financial need as determined by FAFSA; and
• comply with all requirements specified by Central Piedmont to enroll in the College and remain a student in good standing.
